About TOSCEO

The Once Suicidal CEO (TOSCEO) was launched on Friday 24th January 2025 by Paul Rouke, CEO of Become People-Centric and Become Born-Again Worldwide Ministry.

In his late 30s, whilst living what seemed to be a picture-perfect life as a successful CEO, Paul was moments away from committing suicide. He was saved by divine intervention.

Today, one of Paul’s greatest desires is to help more and more people get set free from battling with their mental health, which includes those who sometimes or often have suicidal thoughts.
